What is Restylane?
Restylane is an injectable gel (hyaluronic acid) used for correction of moderate to severe wrinkles and folds such as the nasolabial folds (the lines around the mouth). After procedure, as with any injectable, one can expect temporary redness at the site of injection, swelling, and possibly bruising, although not in all instances. This filler typically lasts about 6 months to 1 year.
